This stunning 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath new construction home sits on a massive lot along the serene 11 Mile Lagoon in Palmetto Dunes. Don’t miss the opportunity to be among the first to enjoy this custom home with its plush furnishings and luxury accommodations!
The main level of the home features an open-concept floor plan with cathedral ceilings and European white oak flooring. Enjoy beautiful views of the pool, spacious backyard and lagoon beyond. The deck has ample seating for outdoor dining, including a large table with seating for 8, as well as a plush furniture set.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features top of the line appliances, including a gas range, as well custom inset cabinetry. There is a breakfast table off the kitchen with seating for 6, as well as additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. A formal dining room offers more space with seating for 8.
The main level features 4 bedrooms, as well as an office space for those on a working vacation. The main bedroom is located off the kitchen and has a king bed, views of the pool and a large bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub.
To the right of the front entry, you’ll find a queen bed with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the hall, you’ll find another queen bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom features a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
There is a powder room on the main level for added convenience.
The second level of the home is perfect for your younger guests! One bedroom features two twin beds with access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The other bedroom has a set of twin bunks with a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
The third level of the home is another living area with two large couches and a chair- the perfect space for lounging after a day at the beach!
Not to be outdone by the interior, the exterior of the home features immaculate landscaping and a stunning pool with spa and waterfall feature. *Pool and spa heat are available for an additional cost.
Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly and allows 1 dog 25lbs or less. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225. Please contact Sunset Rentals to pay the pet fee.

We loved our recent stay at Swing About 7! We checked in late in the day and there were no issues at all. Waking up to the gorgeous house and property was awesome, the home is stunning. The pool was used so much by our crew when we got home from the beach. The linens were luxe, kitchen was stocked, and location was great within Palmetto Dunes. It's about a 10 minute bike to the beach, but the island has the best bike paths, so it's easy breezy! Also, this home is pet friendly so it was a bonus to bring our dog and not have to pay for boarding. We'd love to rent this home again!
