"74 Springwood is a 2nd-floor townhouse with charming southern beach décor!
On the first floor of the townhouse is the fully equipped kitchen which opens to the dining and living room. The living room features a TV, sleeper sofa couch, love seat and access to the patio that overlooks the landscape and pool area. The laundry room and a powder room are also located on the first floor. Also enjoy the comfortable Primary suite located on the first floor that has a king sized bed, TV and bathroom.
The second floor of this townhome features the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV and private bathroom and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds, TV and a private bathroom. This townhome is about 10-minute walk to the beach and walking distance to many local attractions!
Springwood Rules: NO pets, grills, smoking, trailers, campers, boats or golf carts are allowed on property. A complete list of rules are posted inside the villa.

The place was very nice the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the washer was messed up and couldn't be fixed before we checked out and the dryer didn't dry good either but it was a good location could walk to alot of food places and to the beach. They did send use fresh towels and extra pillows when I called and requested which was nice and they even offered to wash our clothes because the washer being messed up . We did enjoy our 5 days at this beach condo

It's a nice property, although we had some washer/dryer issues. A little farther to the beach (15 minute walk) than I expected. And I would have liked the listing to say that we'd be working with a vacation rental company and not the property owner.

Terrific time, quiet area- a bit of a walk to beach- definitely do ableFree trolley pick up across the street from entrance to complex.Multi generation holiday- for our needs perfectly!
