The villa was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the the beach and the pool. But for me the best part was walking to Holy Family catholic church for daily mass. My family really enjoyed the pool and the beach. They said it was their best vacation ever.

We had a wonderful trip to Hilton Head! Dennis was a great host. He was proactive with everything we needed and answered any questions that we had. The property was very well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay and was walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. This property was perfect for our family of 5 (all adults). We spent most of our time at the beach, but did visit the pool a couple of times and it was a very short walk from the property. I would highly recommend this property and Dennis as the most wonderful host!!

Good comfortable villa . Close to shopping, restaurants and other sites to tour. Beaches close by. Quiet.

The condo and location was nice and in a very convenient location, we could walk to the beach, park, grocery store and multiple restaurants, when we arrived we noticed the floors were dirty and almost gritty, my children's feet were immediately black from going from the front door to the living room, the upstairs bedroom has two twin sized beds and one of the mattresses was broken which made the stay inconvenient for my 2 children, upon leaving we removed all the bedding as directed and noticed that the same broken mattresses had stains all over it, I did address the situation with the owners who stated that they were the last one to stay there and they hired a new cleaning service. The family had a good vacation we just hope that these issues are addressed in the future
