About this house rental
Step into private luxury and rent this completely updated elegant townhome for your Florida vacation. This three-level property has plenty of space for everyone.
The spacious living area has lots of comfortable seating and a big 42-inch flat screen TV.
The dining area features a large table and seats up to six guests and opens nicely into the living room. An enormous open kitchen has all the comforts of home, and also includes a cozy cafe table for extra eating space. A half bath is on the main level for your convenience.
The third level hosts 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath. The master suite has a king bed and attached master bath, complete with walk-in shower and his-and-her sinks. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds with their own attached bath and the third bedroom, located at the ground floor, also houses a king bed and has it's own bathroom.
Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

We loved everything about our stay at vista cays townhomes. It was clean and well maintained. The townhouse is centrally located to everything. There is a grocery store, Dunkin donut and chipotle across the street on one side and the other had a chick fil and 7-eleven. We were here for a girls volleyball nationals tournament and the girls would walk and hang out at the vista cay pool every night. I would definitely stay at this place again!

This townhouse was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center, and we are so happy that we selected this townhouse. It was clean, spacious, and so convenient to the convention center. It accommodated four moms and daughters, and it has a nice pool that we were able to enjoy when the girls weren’t playing. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to stay here again.

This place was beautiful, clean & close-to everything we wanted to visit while in Orlando. We loved the gift of the Oreos. Thank you! The pool and hot tub was great too. My family & I plan on staying here again next time we visit.

Having stayed in Many units in vista cay it is a great area. This unit is a great size but not enough dishes to accommodate the size. The downstairs bedroom only had 1 lightbulb working in the bathroom. The pool area is under construction. They do have another pool area about 1/2 mile away.
