About this apartment rental
Totally remodeled for 2023! New laminate flooring, new paint, new accessories and new furniture for the living room and office, and 2 full size beds are a new addition! New smart TV’s in living room , 3 bedrooms and office! You will love our Penthouse Suite, the size is grande at 2097sq. ft.. NO PETS !! We have 3 large bedrooms. Our Master Suite has a King Size bed and a Large Master Bath, a large walk in closet with a safe ! It has a 50” smart TV with a dvd player. The second bedroom also has a King Size bed and is a nice size. The third bedroom has two full size beds. These rooms also have smart TV’s they are 43” with dvd players. We also have a full bath for these two rooms. Our office is very comfortable for relaxing as well. With a 43” smart TV. In the family room is a 60” smart TV. for your enjoyment and relaxation after a busy day in Orlando. It has been elegantly and professionally
decorated for your enjoyment while on vacation or on a business trip. The kitchen has all appliances and kitchen ware you need for making dinners or a quick on the go meal. Our lania is very
comfortable to relax and enjoy the warm weather in Florida. And last there are 2 elevators for your convenience.

The property was nice and well maintained. It was in a great location near everything we needed. I would suggest to the owner that they should invest in some pots and pans, since the selection for cooking anything was lacking. Other than that minor detail, everything was great!

Very nice property in a resort we stayed at in the past for proximity to the Orange County Convention Center. The condo was spacious, clean and met all of our needs. The host was very responsive and kind on questions leading up to our stay. We definitely recommend this property!
