Location was great! Close to Disney and Universal. Would stay again.

I stayed here with my husband and dogs for our trip to Universal. It was a lovely ground level corner updates unit in a quiet complex with a lot of green space. Very convenient location ! Would highly recommend!

The location was great! The place was beautiful. The only complaint was that you could hear everything above you and outside.

We recently stayed at this property and overall it worked for our needs, but there were several areas that could be improved.Communication with the host was inconsistent. We reached out multiple times prior to arrival regarding an early check-in request and did not receive a response. That said, when we arrived about 30 minutes early, we were able to access the unit without any issues.The property itself matched the listing photos, which we appreciated. However, cleanliness was below expectations. We found dirty plates left on the table, dust along the baseboards, and hair on the bathroom floor. There was also a noticeable musty odor, particularly near the entry and in the master bathroom, which appeared to be masked with a plug-in air freshener.Amenities were quite minimal for a unit that accommodates eight guests. There were only enough towels for each person (plus a limited number of pool towels), and very limited supplies were provided—only a few trash bags, two dishwasher tablets, a single-use laundry detergent, and basic starter items. We also noticed there were not enough dishes and cups for a full group, which made things a bit inconvenient. Additionally, while there was a coffee maker, no filters or pods were provided.Overall, the stay was adequate for our purposes, but improved cleanliness, better stocking of basic supplies, and more responsive communication would make a big difference in the guest experience.
