Lovely and Spacious 1800Sq ft lakeview 1st floor condo Next To the Main Pool And Clubhouse. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home. You will love coming home to this comfortable and well-appointed condo after a long day at the parks or conventions.
THE SPACE
Newly renovated condo. New floors, paint and living room plus remodeled master bathroom. The open-plan well equipped kitchen, dining and living area means you can seamlessly cook, chat and watch the 60" HDTV. The living room couch is a Sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests. The sleek kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need to whip up breakfast or a gourmet meal. A comfortable dining table seats 4 and there is also extra seating at the bar. Just beyond the living area is a furnished, oversized lanai with lake view providing additional lounging space to relax with a cold drink after a long day at the theme parks. A cozy den offers a separate area to relax with a book and has 2 of the cutest single pull out sofa beds. A handy desk is located off the dining area to catch up on work or check the reviews on all the local attractions and restaurants.
BED & BATH
The elegant master suite boasts a king bed with a plush pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, ceiling fan and 37" flat screen TV. There is a vast remodeled en-suite bathroom with designer tiling throughout, large walk in shower, his and hers vanities, an oversized soaking tub and screened toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a 2 double beds with a 37" flat screen TV plus an en-suite family bathroom. The condo also has a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer which means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

My family visited Orlando for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. It was well located, though I wouldn't say a walk to the convention center unless you have 30 minutes and an umbrella for shade. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We weren't able to do a lot of tourist stuff due to the tournament so the pool was our go to at the end of the day and the kids (and parents) loved it. I did take my younger one to Universal and Islands of Adventure one day and it was a short and inexpensive Lyft ride.

Vista Cay was a quiet condo. The property was clean, and the condo well stocked with all of the basics. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning.
