Stylish 2100sf 4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom 2nd floor corner condo. Sleeps 10. Large balcony w/seating. Next to Pool/Clubhouse. NEXT TO EPIC, OCCC, Supermarket, Walgreens, Tourist attractions and restaurants. Minutes to Universal Studios, Disney, Aquatica, Discovery Cove & SeaWorld. The spacious open floor plan has a living area with a huge sectional seating that can convert into another sleeping area, 60” Smart TV and dining area with seating for six to eight guests. The kitchen with granite countertops is equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal, with an additional seating for 3 guests at the kitchen bar. Beyond the living area is a beautifully furnished balcony ideal for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee with a view of the main pool area. A full size laundry room means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!
BED AND BATH
There are 4 spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a King size bed with a 55" Smart TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet and a vast master bathroom with his and hers vanities, oversized soaking tub, and large walk in shower. The guest suite has a King bed in one bedroom and two Full beds in the other. There is an additional room with 2 Queen beds. These rooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans, plus a full size family bathroom. All beds have top quality hybrid mattresses. We provide high quality cotton towels and bed linens.
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community off of Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse, China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. The Condo was very clean and nice. The location was great, close to the Convention Center where we were attending a Conference. There are several businesses within walking distance which was helpful without a car. A Publix Grocery Store, an excellent Breakfast Restaurant, several additional restaurants, a liquor store, cigar shop and even a Sushi Bar. The pool was under a significant renovation, but looks to be awesome when it is completed. Highly recommend this Property!

Enjoyed our stay.
Positives:
Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet location. Spacious.
Decent TV and lots of living room seating.
Negatives:
Only reason for the one star downgrade is the pillows are super uncomfortable.
Too overstuffed and firm.
Plugs in room near bed to plug in phone chargers hard to access or too far away. Having something on bed table to plug into would help.
Pool was great, but there is a couple arcade games (basket hoop game) outside of the community room next to the pool that are annoyingly loud when being played. Can’t relax at pool when kids or adults are playing them. We left the pool area one day because of it.
Everything else was great.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Location was great and close to everything. Overall, great stay and will definitely book again!
