Spacious 2000sf 3rd floor condo next to the Main Pool and Clubhouse. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. You will love returning to this calm, spacious home after a day at the parks or convention center. The condo comfortably sleeps 8. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.
**A small Dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host.
THE SPACE
A luxurious seating area awaits you in the open-plan living area complete with a 55" Smart TV plus a handy desk. The open plan kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar with additional seating or relaxing in the living area. There is also a high-top dining table for 4 in the kitchen area. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the open living area.
BED & BATH
This spacious home offers 4 large bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed with new, luxury pillow-top mattress, and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet. The guest wing has two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with 2 full-size beds plus a full family bathroom. The 4th room has a King size bed. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.
LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

This condo is gorgeous, spacious, and a great location. We attended events at the convention center, as well as multiple theme parks, and found this condo to be the perfect location. We had three generations comfortably housed. Even an extra living room for our late night teenager. The grounds were beautifully kept. Great pool with fun arcade the kids enjoyed. I highly recommend this condo.

The location was great and 1 miles from the convention center. Publix and Chick-fil-A are right around the corner. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Lin was an excellent and very responsive property owner. However, I must say that upon first glance the apartment appears very clean but unfortunately did not meet our standards. Both my husband and children have severe allergies to dust- they were sneezing, coughing and rubbing their eyes a lot while we were there. Once we returned home this was better. The floors were very dirty and we made Lin aware of this and she offered to have the cleaning service return to clean them. My husband had already cleaned them however.
The location is great! Close to Walgreens that is open until midnight and grocery store that is open until 10pm. The convention center is a close Uber/Lyft ride. The gym is small and has no free weights but does have two treadmills. There is a nice walking path, basketball court, play structure/ play ground.
