About this apartment rental
Huge 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom 1st floor condo. Sleeps 6. Large balcony w/seating. Close to Pool/Clubhouse. NEXT TO EPIC, OCCC, Supermarket, Walgreens, Tourist attractions and restaurants. Minutes to Universal Studios, Disney, Aquatica, Discovery Cove & SeaWorld. Upgraded with new flooring, furniture & decor. Free resort amenities & free self-parking for several cars. Light and airy open plan kitchen and dining area that leads seamlessly into the lounge area with 65" smart TV and cozy seating. We have a large furnished patio just off the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet meal and guests can perch at the smart granite bar to chat with the cook.
BED & BATH
The master with a king and the guest room 2 doubles. Both bedrooms have smart TVs, overhead fans, high quality mattresses and linens. A vast en-suite master bathroom includes a double vanity, oversized shower and garden tub with screened WC. The guest bathroom is also en-suite, with shower over bath. The semi private den has a Queen sofa sleeper, and desk. A full size laundry room means you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls while here.
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community off of Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse, China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. There is also a Chick-Fil-A across the street on Universal Boulevard.

My family of four stayed here for a week at Disney and Universal. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax after spending all day at the parks. The location is close to Universal and about 25 mins from Disney with traffic. We would stay here again.
