Welcome to your spacious 2,100 sq ft Vista Cay Resort condo with a panoramic lake view and a layout that actually works for groups: 3 bedrooms + a separate den, plenty of seating, and room to spread out after a day in the parks or at the convention center.

Visitors: Day visitors must follow community rules; no unregistered overnight guests.
Parking: Plenty parking spots. Follow all posted community rules; towing is enforced.
Pets: Not allowed.
Trash: Bag all trash and dispose in the bench box in the hall way. Do not leave bags outside the door).
Damage/extra cleaning: Charged for smoking evidence, stained linens/towels, excessive mess, missing items, or rule violations.
Check-in/out: Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM
Basic courtesy: No wet towels on furniture, no glitter/confetti, and please keep food out of bedrooms.

Fantastic 11 night stay for a family of 5 adults. Beds were super comfy, spacious property and well stocked of towels and pool towels. Property is well located snd quiet. Publix and takeaway option and a diner just across street 2 min walk. PoolFacilities were good in a nice setting.

Condo was very nice and clean with all the kitchen equipment we needed to make and serve meals. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
