Location, location and location ! Welcome to this 3Bedroom/4Bathroom Vista Cay resort townhome. Cross street from New Universal Epic Universe, next to Orange County Convention Center. Vista Cay Resort at heart of Orlando and convenient to everything , just one block from International Drive (with many restaurants, shopping , theme parks, and nightlife ), one block from the Shingle Creek Golf Course, 4 miles to Disney World, 1.5 miles to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, 0.25 miles to SeaWorld, 5 miles to the Orlando Airport, 10 miles to downtown Orlando. You can get almost anywhere within 10 minutes.
This three levels townhome is professionally decorated and focusing on the comfort of the guests, and give you a lot of space and privacy. It can sleep up to 6- 8 guests. Two of the 3 bedroom are master suites (two King master bedroom suites) and the third bedroom suite has 2 full size beds. One master suite is located on the first floor and has French doors leading out to a patio. The other Master suite is located on the third floor and includes a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two full size beds and is located across from the master suite on the third floor with generous spacing between the two for privacy. Each spacious bedroom has its own private decorated bathroom. All bedrooms include a new 32 inch Samsung LCD HDTV. A hair dryer is included in each bedroom. Ceiling fans were added to all bedrooms.
The second floor has a large living & Dining area with a full size Kitchen. The large great room area leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door that opens to a balcony overlooking the patio below and a spacious grassy area. For your entertainment, the living room has a 52 inch LG LCD HDTV and a DVD player. Hi-Definition cable services are included with access to 180 TV channels and high speed cable wired and WiFi internet throughout the house. There is a full size kitchen with granite counter-tops, cherry cabinets, and a large refrigerator, stove-top cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Air fire pot, coffee maker and a lot of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware so you should feel right at home.
Our townhome with one car garage you will have extra space for parking and store your luggage or business displays. There is a full-size large loading washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron and all towels and linens as well as beach towels.
Vista Cay resort is an upscale gated community boasting a state-of-the art 10,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a movie theater, resort style swimming pool with multi-level deck space, hot-tub, children's pool and a basketball court all with a beautiful view of Lake Cay. Additional amenities include a video arcade, pool tables, fitness center, and an internet library.

Excellent property convenient to WDW and Universal parks, grocery store in walking distance. 3 floors, plenty of space. Host was very prompt with communications, supplied amenities at request. Very enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO home in Orlando! The house was impeccably clean and very easy to find, which made our arrival stress-free. Its location was perfect — just a short drive to Icon Park and Universal Studios, making it convenient for all our adventures.One of the highlights was the relaxing pool, especially on the last day of our trip where we could unwind and enjoy some really delicious drinks. The gated neighborhood felt very quiet and safe, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay.Additionally, there were so many fantastic dining and sightseeing options nearby, which helped make our trip even more memorable. We truly can’t say enough good things about this place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando!

Pros: -The host was very communicative, friendly and responsive.-The home was located in the perfect spot for visiting universal and all other activities we were interested in.-The resort pool was nice.-The community felt safe.Cons:-We learned the day before our check in that this was a self catering rental. This was not stated in the listing. Therefore, we had to buy our own toilet paper and showering supplies and laundry detergent.-The towels were stained. Nobody wants to use white towels with stains on them from who knows what.-The place was dirty, especially the bathrooms. There was still hair left in the showers. There was mold in the freezer.-Our flight came in really late, so we arrived at the house after midnight (which we had communicated we would be doing to the host prior to our trip), only to find a note taped to our front door stating that they would be entering our house at 9am to complete some maintenance. We had to set our alarms to make sure we were up by then, but then they never even showed. Didn't show until later in the afternoon. -The listing stated check-out was 11am, as did both of the messages the host sent us reminding us of this fact. At 10am, we had someone knocking on our front door asking why we hadn't checked out yet because she needed to clean. She argued with us about what time checkout was and asked how soon would we leave. Perhaps the cleaner should know what time checkout actually is.
