Nice furnished 1800 ft 3BD/3.5 BA townhome @Vista Cay Resort, it can sleep up to 6-8 guests. Cross street from new Universal Epic Universe, one block away from Orange County Convention Center. 5 minutes to Sea World and 10 minutes to Disney World. At central location of Orlando, less than 10 minutes away from all major theme parks, Orlando Internation Airport and Shopping. Your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
This luxurious 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse is located at Vista Cay Resort that offers spacious accommodations, located next to I-Drive, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, the malls, outlets and so much more.
The space
Luxury 1800 sq ft townhouse with 3 bed rooms and 3.5 bath rooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, dining space, living room and laundry room.
Home has security camera in the front of the house. Home is also in a gated community with security. Very safe place to stay.
Home is directly next door to the Convention center. It is about a 10-15 minutes walk (0.7 miles door to door). Most of the distance is walking across the parking lot of the convention center.
Bed configuration:
Bedroom 1: King bed with own full bathroom (on the first Floor)
Bedroom 2: King Bed with own full bathroom (on the third Floor)
Bedroom 3: 2 Full beds with own full bathroom(on the third Floor)
Total of 4 beds, NO sleeper sofa.
There is a pack n play and high chair provided.
Maximum 8 guests allowed (that includes children of all ages).
Garage is used as storage space and is locked for guest use. ONLY 1 car can be parked on the drive way. Additional cars can be parked on the overflow parking lot (no street parking allowed).
Guest access
You have access to all amenities of the resort : clubhouse with pool, sundry shop, bar, fitness room and games room.
Other things to note
There is a pool so please be super careful with kids. Please keep doors and gates closed and locked.DO NOT leave kids under 18 alone in pool area.
NO PARTIES! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY TO THROW A PARTY. Police will be called. Party will be shut down. No return of security deposit if there is a party. No additional guest on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest are allowed in the home. No visitors of any kind. Please keep noise to a minimum and be mindful or neighbors.
NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! $500 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the home.
Check in time 4pm and check out time 10am.

Fantastic all around! Kitchen fully stocked, everything accessible, TV's took a bit to figure out but that was 100% operator error. Google maps did direct us to the other side of the complex the first few times but that was easy enough to navigate once we got our bearings. Literally minutes to City Walk and ridiculously close to Epic Universe. Walgreens and a grocery store within walking distance. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a great stay during our quick work trip! The location was ideal, there’s even a convenient shuttle to and from the Orange County Convention Center. It’s also within walking distance to groceries and plenty of dining options, which made everything easy.The place itself was very clean, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after long days at the show. Thanks again, we’ll definitely be back!

Over all everything was great! The only complaint is we couldn’t get but one tv to work and it was in the up stairs king suite.

The workout room had lots of equipment, but maybe too much for the room. The room was so small you were basically limited to staying on your machine if more than 2-3 people were in the room.
