The accommodation is situated in the village of Lucignano, in the heart of the Chianti region, and retains its original character with wooden beamed ceilings, arched doorways and traditional furniture. Relax on comfortable sofas in the spacious living area and enjoy meals together at the dining table. Prepare Italian specialities in the modern, well-equipped kitchen and round off your days in a cosy atmosphere.
Step out onto your private, furnished outdoor area and enjoy the Mediterranean surroundings amongst old stone walls, trees and lush greenery. Take a seat at the long garden table and spend convivial hours in the shade. Cool off in the large communal pool, relax on a sun lounger or find a shady spot under a parasol. You can also make use of the communal pergola, which is situated about 50 metres from the building.
Explore San Casciano and Montespertoli, or head to Florence and enjoy the view over the city from Piazzale Michelangelo before visiting the Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo and Giotto’s Campanile. Enjoy dinner in Impruneta on the historic square. In Siena, visit the cathedral and the Piazza del Campo, the setting for the famous Palio. Also plan a day trip to Pisa to visit the Piazza dei Miracoli with its Leaning Tower.

Quaint full of charm ,,, near most of fun Tuscany pics are a little miss leading but don’t let that stop you... Diletta was super helpful
And the village shop small but useful with Nona to serve you. To wake up to that view and eating al fresco.... worth every penny...

Lovely view over terrain. Lack of privacy from other guests and the owners. Pool very inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues. This is not mentioned in details. Very basic kitchen equipment. Crockery was awful. Electrics dodgy. Limited hot water. Only one hot shower in a week for me. Grounds are neglected and parking is tricky. Dog barked all day disturbing peace .So all in all a big disappointment. Went further south to another villa which was for ten persons and it was fantastic at the same price. Total privacy ,gardener , three terraces ,flowers everywhere and well equipped kitchen. Beautiful pool.
