Great agritourismn close to Florence

The apartment was nice and spacious, as can be seen in the pictures. We really liked the style, with nice details, especially the doors. The kitchen was well equipped, though consumables like oil and salt were not present. The bed wasn't too soft (if that is important to you). The view, especially from the tables right outside was great. Since this is Tuscany, mosquitos are just a fact of life there. But a mosquito repellent to plug in was present in one of the drawers. Taking a walk around the property is also recommendable. The host was great, giving us a lot of tips what we could explore in the wider area. For example how to best enter Florence (parking and such). Getting some fire wood was also no issue, making it possible to use the fire place in the chilly autumn evenings.

Having a little bit of salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen would have been nice. But besides that, everything was great.

Fantastic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

We loved the property and property location - the grounds are amazing and the views cannot be beat. The host was very kind and helpful. We would love to return for a longer stay.

These are only suggestions, not dislikes. A kitchen towel would be nice to dry hands and dishes. An extra roll of toilet paper would have also been helpful (we don't quite know how to use the bidet).

Super friendly and always helpful! Great dinner at place. Great location to chill out, but enough going on for the children (donkeys and a sheep, play area etc). Organic wine at place is worth trying. Overall it's a real agricultura (Vs some others which are more hotels) and it's very charming.

Nice stay

The view from the balcony is really something. Biutiful surroundings, This is a very large farm, you can walk through the olive garden and there is a very nice fishing pond. Julia is super helpful and very kind. The flat is nice and warm at night. You have all you need if you like to cook, you can do laundry and generally, we had a very comfortable stay and apartment All property is super clean, nice and well maintained.

We had an apartment with a terrace. But the terrace itself was actually the flor below and not attached to the apartment. So we mostly had no use of it and used the entry stairs platform near the flat itself. This was possible since we had no neighbors during our stay since this was the entry for both apartments.

Perfekt und sicher, um Toskana zu erkunden

Ein wunderbarer Stützpunkt, um elf Tage lang Toskana zu entdecken. Ob Pisa, Luca, Pistoia, Cinque Terre, Volterra, Colle di Val d'Elsa, Siena, Pienza, Bagni San Filippo, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, oder Greve in Chianti. Es gibt so viel zu entdecken. Für Florenz braucht man mehr als nur einen Tag. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche haben wir uns selbst versorgt und nach dem Frühstück gestärkt weitere Orte besucht. Apartment ist sehr geräumig und typisch bäuerlich eingerichtet mit einer Aussicht, die die Seele erfreut. Geparkt wird in der Nähe des Gebäudes und mit einer Fernbedienung öffnet man das Tor des weitläufigen Geländes. Wir habe zwar keine Kinder, aber für die Kids ist es ein Paradies, um viel zu entdecken. Dieses Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall ein Geheimtipp. Typisch, naturverbunden, sicher, romantisch...

Persönlich und naturnah

Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Giulia und Ankommen in der Wohnung. Der Kamin war super, als es geregnet hat. Wir hatten am ersten Tag ein kleines Frühstück (Wurst, Käse, Eier, Süßes) uns sonst aber selbst versorgt. Wir mochten die Esel und das große Grundstück war toll zum spazieren gehen. Unsere Hündin war willkommen, das war sehr schön. Auch den Kids hat es gefallen. Für ein paar Tage ist dies eine schöne Unterkunft (alle Wege nach Florenz, Pisa & Co dauern aufgrund der vielen kleinen Straßen länger, sodass ich persönlich keine ganze Woche hier bleiben würde).

Die Landschaft ist sehr schön, die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt.

Die Landschaft und die Wohnung an sich war schön. Die Lage zu Florenz war sehr praktisch.

Auf der Homepage wurde die Unterkunft für Personen angeboten, die Ruhe und Gelassenheit suchen. Beides suchten wir dort leider vergeblich. Durch ein Sommercamp für Kinder, eine Hundezucht und abendliche Feierlichkeiten auf dem Hofgut war es stets laut. Die Hunde sind sehr lieb, während unseres Aufenthaltes bellte eines der Tiere jedoch non stop von morgens bis nachts. Leider sucht man auch den Pool von den Bildern auf der Homepage ebenfalls vergeblich. Es gibt nunmehr einen kleineren Pool, der laut Auskunft sauber ist, aber optisch nicht zum baden einlädt. Das Leitungswasser ist trinkbar, aber stark gechlort. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, weshalb wir die Fenster zum abkühlen abends offen ließen. Es gab jedoch keine Fliegengitter in den Fenstern, weshalb man nachts mit Mücken (teils auch asiatischen Tigermücken) rechnen muss. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und bemüht, aber sehr beschäftigt und eingebunden. Tipps bekommt man auf Nachfrage. Den ersten Morgen nahmen wir das angebotene Frühstück für 12 Euro p.P. in Anspruch, dies war überschaubar und beinhaltete eine recht kleine Auswahl an überwiegend süßen Lebensmitteln und Kaffee aus der Kapselmaschine. Daraufhin entschieden wir, uns selbst zu verpflegen. Das Abendessen für einen Preis von 38 Euro pro Person (Preise bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich) nahmen wir daraufhin nicht in Anspruch. Leider war unser Aufenthalt absolut nicht wie erhofft.

Enttäuscht...

Wenn man allein sein und nichts unternehmen möchte, ist dieser Ort perfekt. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Küche war groß hatte aber zu wenig Ausstattung. Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern des ersten Stocks war traumhaft.

in erster Linie fanden wir es sehr schade, dass die Gastgeberin während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht persönlich präsent war. Auch die Lage und der Weg bis zur Unterkunft ist eine Herausforderung. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto 20 min entfernt. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass selbst grundlegende Hygieneartikel wie Seife und Toilettenpapier nur gegen Vorbestellung und Bezahlung erhältlich waren. Für uns ist das ein absoluter Mindeststandard, der in einer Unterkunft dieser Preisklasse selbstverständlich sein sollte. Zudem herrschte eine starke Mückenplage, insbesondere nachts, wobei die Fenster zunächst nicht mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet waren. Erst auf unsere ausdrückliche Nachfrage hin wurden diese angebracht. Die Unterkunft war für uns insgesamt eine Zumutung – insbesondere mit einem Kleinkind (1,5 Jahre alt). Unter diesen Umständen war der Aufenthalt alles andere als erholsam oder familienfreundlich.

Il Pintello è un agriturismo con strutture fantastiche, una grande villa di campagna circondata da uliveti e campi. È molto tranquillo, ma allo stesso tempo vicino a Firenze. Tutto il necessario è disponibile (cucina, frigorifero, lavatrice) e i padroni di casa, particolarmente Giulia, sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ci tornerei.

Essendo un agriturismo è un po fuori mano, perciò serve assolutamente la macchina. Asciugamani nuovi solo a pagamento.
