La struttura è in un contesto molto tranquillo e bucolico. Gli appartamenti sono molto comodi e spaziosi. Pur nella semplicità, non manca nulla. Inoltre è in una posizione strategica per visitare la valle del Chianti. Poter degustare e acquistare i loro ottimi prodotti come miele e vino è sicuramente un valore aggiunto.
Forse andrebbe reso più comodo il parcheggio

Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Bella veduta sulle colline toscane. Catturano pavimento ed arredi d'epoca, stanza sempre calda con ottimo bagno, bell'ingresso, piano cottura con frigo tenuto perfettamente.
La colazione un po' deludente: strizzava l'occhio più agli ospiti stranieri che a quelli italiani, per cui molta presenza di uova, salumi, formaggi etc piuttosto che torte e biscotti freschi. Staff praticamente assente, poiché incrociato all'arrivo, per pochi attimi, e poi alla partenza, al pagamento del conto. Cena nella norma.

The location was stunning. You can watch the sunset over the vineyards. We were pleasantly surprised that the pool was still open. It is deep, too deep for our toddler and chilly. But, a nice surprise. The breakfast was delicious. We also found the rooms themselves workable for our family. It is also fairly easy to get to many places in Tuscany, especially north Tuscany. The roads, if you haven't driven in the area, are quite narrow. A car is necessary.
The main issue with our stay was the communication, or lack thereof, with staff. Check in was easy. However, there was rarely staff around after that. This included two of the four breakfasts where no one came out to offer to make coffee as they had the previous mornings. Our real disappointment came with the dinner. We were excited to have a meal -- it was extra. The food was good and I would even say that the potatoes were excellent. However, when we arrived back at the place at 7pm, we found the small little guesthouse courtyard filled with people and the small parking lot jammed packed. We were also expecting to have our nice dinner in the dinning room. However, what we found out was a film crew wrap up party was being hosted in the dinning room and regularly walking through the breakfast room - where they served our dinner. It was not the experience I expected and it could have easily been managed with better communication, something lacking in our experience. I also suspect that the food was mass made for the film crew, not for the more intimate dinner. Not worth the price.
The beds were a little uncomfortable and the self-serve kitchen was under stocked with pots and pans -- few utensils too. The drain in the shower was also clogged and the table in the kitchen broken. While, both of these items were fixed quickly, I am glad we caught them when we did. Because, if we didn't notice when we did, there was not staff around to request changes. There were additional miscommunications.
When the staff were around, they were friendly.
