The apartment is beautifully located among the olive groves of Tuscany. It has a private entrance, a lovely and well-equipped bathroom, a clean swimming pool, and beautiful, well-maintained gardens and greenery.
Breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace with a beautiful view. A wide selection is available, including croissants, fresh and delicious assorted bread rolls, butter, scrambled eggs, ham, yogurts, jams, bacon, sausages, juices, and much more.
There was no bottled water, no drinking glasses, no kettle, and no coffee machine in the apartment. It was not possible to have a coffee except at breakfast. There were also only six sun loungers available by the pool.

The property was gorgeous and well kept with amazing views. The host was very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning.

The host, Simone, was very warm, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional with everything you would want/need: eggs, bacon, sausage, croissants, breads, cereal, jams, yogurts, juice, cappuccino, teas, fresh fruits. etc. The location is outstanding with great view of Tuscany rolling hills from the patio. It is also a convenient location for day trips to other towns in the area such as San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Siena, etc.
One suggestion to make the guest stay even 10+ is to upgrade the room amenities by providing an electric kettle, a small coffee pod machine, and a small microwave.
