Podere Consalvo is a typical Tuscan country house. Surrounded by the soft hills of the Chianti Classico, lies the approximately 4-acre property of the Consalvo family with their characteristic guesthouse in the heart of Tuscany.
The guest house is divided into two living units. Apartment 'Olivo'- and Apartment, Cipresso'
Both apartments have their private entrance and outdoor area with chairs table and chairs. It is only 15 km from Florence. Thanks to its favorable location (265 m above sea level), it has a very pleasant climate and opens up generously to the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. We loved everything about our stay! Elizabeth is super kind and helpful but also really respectful about our privacy. The house is really clean and comfortable everyone has room for relaxation and enjoying nature at its best. Really convenient location within a short drive of beautiful towns and delicious restaurants. We will absolutely love to come back one day!

we have just come back from 10 nights at this wonderful place,located right in the heart of the chianti region just outside the village of San Casciano.
The cottages are great, nicely furnished with everything you need, a good outside space for eating or sitting in the sun and best of all a great pool.
The owner Elsabeth, is a fantastic host always on hand to give helpful tips on where to go, arranging visits to vineyards or even directions on where to park on visits to Florance.
The weather was unbelievably hot even the locals were complaining.
We will definitely return

We had a perfect 12 day stay at beautiful Podere Consalvo. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped and the pool very welcome after a hot day sightseeing. Elisabeth is an excellent, warm and friendly host who provided us with a tasty breakfast on our first morning as well as home-produced, delicious honey, marmalade, olive oil as well as eggs from her chickens. She kindly advised us on free parking areas in Florence and places of interest in the area. I also enjoyed the art class with the highly skilled art tutor. We would have no hesitation recommending this farmhouse to others. A relaxing base from which to see all the beauty that Tuscany has to offer. Thank you Elisabeth for all your effort to make us welcome, we had a great time.
