This beautiful semi-detached house is located 7 km from San Casciano and is part of an ancient stone farmhouse complex in a marvellous panoramic position in the charming village of Lucignano between the towns of San Casciano and Montespertoli, in the heart of the charming Chianti region. The fascinating city of Florence is just 27 km away, easily accessible by car. Admire the picturesque panoramic view of Florence from Piazzale Michelangelo and visit the world-famous Uffizi Gallery, as well as Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo and the Giotto Tower. Private, equipped outdoor area. Beautiful communal pergola about 50 metres from the building. Take the opportunity to visit Impruneta (19 km) and have dinner in the beautiful square. Also visit Siena (20 km) with its beautiful cathedral and the majestic Piazza del Campo, where the famous Palio horse race takes place on 2 July and 16 August. About 76 km away is Pisa with its beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli and the world-famous Leaning Tower. On request and for a fee: domestic help, lunch/dinner and cookery courses. Quaint full of charm ,,, near most of fun Tuscany pics are a little miss leading but don’t let that stop you... Diletta was super helpful
And the village shop small but useful with Nona to serve you. To wake up to that view and eating al fresco.... worth every penny...

Lovely view over terrain. Lack of privacy from other guests and the owners. Pool very inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues. This is not mentioned in details. Very basic kitchen equipment. Crockery was awful. Electrics dodgy. Limited hot water. Only one hot shower in a week for me. Grounds are neglected and parking is tricky. Dog barked all day disturbing peace .So all in all a big disappointment. Went further south to another villa which was for ten persons and it was fantastic at the same price. Total privacy ,gardener , three terraces ,flowers everywhere and well equipped kitchen. Beautiful pool.
