Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
**The St Simons Grand offers 3 elevators, located at the north, center and south sides of the building.
Grand #115, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and beautiful furnishings throughout.
Every bedroom has a Smart TV with streaming service. Traditional cable service is not provided but Hulu Live is available for real time viewing.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Saint Simons Grand will be undergoing major exterior renovations to include stucco replacement, building coating and sealants, new walkway and balcony coatings and sliding glass door replacement. During this time, the community will be an active construction site. While vacation rentals are expected to remain available throughout much of the project, guests may experience construction noise, temporary access restrictions, and other periodic disruptions, while other areas of the community may only experience minor impacts.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Great location! The bottom floor of The Grand is great because you can just walk down a few steps and then head out to the pool and beach!

We absolutely enjoyed our time in St Simons Island. The property was very well appointed and comfortable. The grounds and pool is well
maintained. The furniture and decor is warm and inviting. Location is perfect. We enjoyed the quietness of The Grand while just a short distance from shopping and restaurants. We will definitely visit again and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Three small disappointments; kitchen utensils were lacking and the rooms not facing the water need light blocking curtains as the shades do not block out the light from the overhead lights that are on all night and located right outside the windows. The biggest disappointment was we had to call to get the code to access our condo and it was well past checkin time. Everything else was emailed promptly but not that code.
