Beginning 9/6/2026, The Saint Simons Grand will be undergoing major exterior renovations to include stucco replacement, building coating and sealants, new walkway and balcony coatings and sliding glass door replacement. During this time, the community will be an active construction site. While vacation rentals are expected to remain available throughout much of the project, guests may experience construction noise, temporary access restrictions, and other periodic disruptions, while other areas of the community may only experience minor impacts.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! The condo was very roomy and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The unit was very clean when we arrived and had all of the amenities we needed. It was everything that we had wanted!

Great location, beautiful view of the ocean.Only complaint is the TV situation with the streaming/Roku. Very frustrating to get onto stations, etc.

The beach view was amazing!! My parents can’t walk the distance to the beach so they were able to throughly enjoy the beach from the balcony. The unit is beautifully decorated. I feel like we needed more bath and kitchen towels for a unit of this size. Also the stove is convection which we have never used had to google how to boil water. These two tiny things would not stop me from renting again!! We had a great stay.

Our stay was great! The condo was beautiful, clean, and easy to access. The view was wonderful and the grounds and pool were so well kept. Check in and check out was so easy. Would definitely stay here again!
