Beginning 9/6/2026, The Saint Simons Grand will be undergoing major exterior renovations to include stucco replacement, building coating and sealants, new walkway and balcony coatings and sliding glass door replacement. During this time, the community will be an active construction site. While vacation rentals are expected to remain available throughout much of the project, guests may experience construction noise, temporary access restrictions, and other periodic disruptions, while other areas of the community may only experience minor impacts.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. The condo had been recently refurbished and everything looks beautiful. The only detail that wasn't addressed was the outdoor patio furniture being dirty, but everything inside the condo was clean and well appointed. There is an easy walk from the property to the beach. The property is adjacent to a public beach which got very crowded and loud, but the beach is so long and wide that there are many areas to explore. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend!

Lovely place. The shower head in master bathroom won’t stay on the wall. That’s the only complaint we had. View is beautiful.

Condo as described. All 3 bedrooms had TV and en-suite bathroom. Great outdoor furniture with perfect view of sunrise. Living room furniture comfortable and clean as well. Close to one of the 3 elevators on property. Nice grounds and area. Would definitely recommend.Beach service is offered should you not bring chairs.
