Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite. This condominium is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Beginning 9/6/2026, The Saint Simons Grand will be undergoing major exterior renovations to include stucco replacement, building coating and sealants, new walkway and balcony coatings and sliding glass door replacement. During this time, the community will be an active construction site. While vacation rentals are expected to remain available throughout much of the project, guests may experience construction noise, temporary access restrictions, and other periodic disruptions, while other areas of the community may only experience minor impacts.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Lovely stay. Night we arrived a bit of a glitch with Elevator...resolved quickly the next morning. Non of the bathroom outlets at sink worked...tried to use with blowdryer...I tried each bathroom. Gale force winds were a bit much but the balcony was pleasant and seemed to sheild us from the wind. POOL/Hot tub lovely. We have booked for next yr. This was our third year and we have found the right place, but first time in 226. We have found our place!!!

Beautiful place. Very clean inside and outside and very quiet. Loved having direct access to beach and ocean views from balcony. Will book again definitely.

We had the best time staying at the Grand this year. The view was amazing and property was so nice and clean. Highly recommend booking a stay!
