Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Grand #225, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and comfortable furnishings.

Beginning 9/6/2026, The Saint Simons Grand will be undergoing major exterior renovations to include stucco replacement, building coating and sealants, new walkway and balcony coatings and sliding glass door replacement. During this time, the community will be an active construction site. While vacation rentals are expected to remain available throughout much of the project, guests may experience construction noise, temporary access restrictions, and other periodic disruptions, while other areas of the community may only experience minor impacts.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! We walked in and just stopped to look at the setting - ocean in front of you and property inviting. The Condo was perfectly clean and equipped - even more than necessary. A glass of wine out of a real wine glass made the week-long stay perfect. Will definitely try to return in the future.

This was our first time on St. Simon Island. The Grand was a great place to stay. The property was very well kept. The Condo was clean and spacious. We will be back:))
