A rental agreement is required to be signed upon booking. Outdoor camera faces the entry door for guest and property safety.

This was a great place for a weekend getaway with friends. Very clean, plenty of space, comfy beds, and beautiful lake views. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The property was lovely! Brendan was a fantastic host. Check in was very easy. The house is immaculate and very clean. My friends and I had a great time for a quick weekend trip. We have all already talked about coming back either sometime in the summer or for another winter trip. For folks looking for a nice relaxing spot, look no further!! I’m sure it would be a great spot for ice fishing when the ice is on. It’s not too far from Treetops or Otsego Resort, which makes for a great stay if you’re looking to go to multiple skiing, snowboarding, and tubing spots. I think this property would be great in the summer time as it is right on Dixon lake and near many great golf courses.

Brendan’s home was nicely decorated, exceptionally clean, and he provided plenty of towels and pillows. : ) I highly recommend.

Beautiful location and quiet ….went as two. Could be a bit more entertaining with another couple or two. But for what we wanted : peace and quiet! It was perfect and memorable
