This is a comfortable, large two story home, with five bedrooms, two full baths, large kitchen and large yard, with deck and outdoor fireplace. House can sleep up to 12 (with prior approval). Walk to all the great Boyne City restaurants and just two blocks to the beach and marina! 7 minutes to Boyne Mountain for skiing. Two minutes to Avalanche for mountain biking and sledding. This house can accommodate lots of people and lots of gear!

Perfect place for our family trip! The house was larger than we expected and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. Nice short walk to the downtown shops too! Make sure to stop at the bakery and don't forget the ice cream for dessert!

I felt there were a few issues. Sleeping arrangements were not satisfactory the communication emails were a bit rude no A/C no TV or radios not acceptable
