Boyne Delight is the perfect place to bring your group together under one roof! Walk to the lake, enjoy the downtown shopping and cafes, or take a short drive to Boyne Mountain for the day! You`ll enjoy every moment while staying here at Boyne Delight.
`Boyne Delight` is a centrally-located and spacious home with 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 full bathrooms. The 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom are in the spacious basement! The basement is also complete with a second living area, game area, and TV.
You`ll enjoy a large screened patio off of the living room, with a beautiful gas fire pit. Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee or quality time with your family/friends.
The beautiful granite kitchen features high quality appliances. We also provide many cooking essentials.
Bedrooms are furnished with top-of-the-line Helix mattresses and luxurious linens. All pillows, blankets, linens, and towels are provided.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, toilet paper, and towels.
WiFi is provided.
Guests will access the home with their personal code for the Yale WiFi Smart Lock. Once the guest is booked, we will auto generate and share this code with you the day before check-in!
Boyne City is the perfect playground through all four seasons! From Boyne City Bliss, you can walk to the beach at Lake Charlevoix (Peninsula Beach and Tannery Beach are closest), downtown shops and restaurants, and access the hiking/biking trails at Avalanche Preserve (ice skating & sledding in the winter). Downtown Boyne City is always bustling with live music on Fridays during the summer, Farmers market on Saturdays, and plenty of events and festivals throughout the year. Let the kids play at Veterans Park, catch a sunset at Sunset park, and watch the boats come and go in the Boyne City Marina. Notable day trips include Charlevoix and Petoskey (approx 20 min each), Mackinac Bridge (approx 1 hr), and Traverse City (approx 90 min).
Boyne Mountain Resort is just 10 minutes away and offers something for everyone in every season. You’ll find everything from hiking/biking to swimming and watersports at Deer Lake, paintball, zip lines and championship golf in the summer. During the Fall, stop by for a scenic chairlift ride to take in the beautiful fall colors. In the Winter, you’ll find world-class cross country and downhill skiing and snowboarding, Sno-Go Biking, Fat Tire Snow biking, ice skating, snow tubing, snow shoeing.
*Boyne Mountain Resort is also home to Avalanche Bay - Michigan’s largest indoor water park!

Young State Park: Just 7 minutes from the house, you`ll find plenty of sun and sand along the shoreline of Lake Charlevoix. There’s marked swimming, a boat launch, and plenty of hiking/biking/cross country ski/snowshoe trails throughout the park!

No smoking/vaping/illegal substances on the property - if a guest smokes inside the home they will be charged $250 and subject to an increased cleaning fee. No exceptions. If discovered during your stay, all guests will be asked to leave without refund.
No pets allowed - $250 fee and will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
No unregistered guests - must not exceed number of guests on reservation.
No parties or events.
Quiet hours: 10pm-8am. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most of our neighbors live in Boyne City full time.
Parking - the garage fits 2 cars and the driveway fits 2 cars. No street parking between 2-6am.
No food/drink in bedrooms.
We supply starter amounts of most things you`ll need during your stay.
Please dispose of garbage in bags and place in bins outside.
Clean kitchen after each use.
Make sure electronics and fireplace are off when not in use.

The house was large and open with plenty of space to hang out including a screened porch, great room, porch and basement rec room with basketball game. The house was an easy bike ride from town and the beach.
