Unwind in this beautifully decorated oceanview condo, just steps from the beach in the heart of Hilton Head’s main beach. Located in a gated oceanfront complex with direct beach access, this cozy retreat is perfect for couples with small children. It features a modern kitchen, Smart TVs, a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and small hallway bunks for kids. Beach chairs and towels included—walk to shopping, dining, and entertainment for the perfect island escape! 🌊☀️🏝️
Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

We enjoyed our time in Hilton Head and Mermaid Cove. The condo had a great location and easy access to the beach. The condo was well equipped included the small kitchen allowing us to prepare meals although we chose to go out to eat most of the time as there are great restaurants and shopping nearby. The balcony allowed us ocean views while enjoying a cold beverage at the end of the day. This unit provided all that we needed for a quick weekend getaway.

Room was great, location to beach was convenient, pool was nice, early access time was perfect, parking was reasonable, price was comparable! We would definately stay again. The only issue was the indoor hallway had a urine smell which was off putting and elevator was a little scary.

The location is great! The condo is right on the beach and easily walkable to the Coligny area. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfy. It is quite small, but was comfortable for two adults. We enjoyed the deck and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Just up the street is a bike rental place and there was storage for the bikes under the parking area.

We planned to arrive on Hilton Head Island on Sunday 2/16. A snow storm in our home state of NH made us choose to leave earlier, on Friday 2/14. The owner of the condo we booked for our original arrival asked her friend, Kendall, if Mermaid Cove was available and it was! Kendall is a very attentive and unobtrusive host! The condo is spotless, wonderfully located, and comfortable. Kendall even offered late check out so we could put our perishables in the frig of our originally booked condo after the previous guests checked out. Our only wish would be room darkening curtains over the window overlooking the hall the condo opens out onto. The building has lights on all night for safety. The louvered blinds don’t block the light completely and it is reflected on the mirrored wall in the bedroom. Other than this we enjoyed our stay at Kendall’s condo.
