Enjoy the area's natural beauty at Audubon Newhall Preserve, a three-mile trip from your rental. Golfers will appreciate being close to courses such as Shipyard Golf Club (3 miles) and Harbour Town Golf Links (5 miles).
Inside, two floors of comfortable living space await. Highlights include a fully stocked kitchen. The sunlit living area is furnished with a comfy sofa. Kick back and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The kitchen includes modern appliances and a helpful array of gadgets. You'll also find a convenient starter supply of dish soap and paper towels. When you're ready to eat, gather around the table in the dining area. Start vacation days with morning coffee on your private patio, outfitted with private chairs. In the evenings, barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill. Extra perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer combo. Beach chairs are not provided in the rental but available from companies near by. This rental is pet friendly however pets are not allowed on the private patio or pool area.

The community pool is unheated and open seasonally, from April 1st through October 1st. The main pool is 7' at the deepest point and the kids' pool is 1' deep.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location a short walk or even shorter bike ride to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza.
Short walk to the beach!
Unit provides a good amount of space for a family of four. This unit is not very well updated or equipped with the best furniture but they allow furry friends and it’s a lower priced unit so all and all a good value in my opinion!

we had an amazing time here. we did bring our pets. we went to the pool and the beach every day. We would rent this again. DEETS: I did read many, if not all, reviews here, so we are aware that pets aren't allowed on the patio. I do wish they clarify that on the listing itself. There are several other grassy areas nearby where our pets can relieve themselves, so we had no issues. Like other reviews say, the laundry machine doesn't dry well, even when it was under 1/4 full. Only time it would dry completely was a super small load (towel, rain jacket, few clothing items).We used the kitchen a lot. It had nearly everything we needed. However, they didn't provide salt & pepper and oil, very basic items that almost every vacation home had.Kids loved playing the foosball table. It was very nice touch. Beds are very comfortable, including both sofa bed and the king bed. We enjoyed eating at the patio table that came with the umbrella.

This place is all about location…maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. It’s also the perfect walking distance to Coligny Plaza. You won’t find any attention to detail inside, but it was comfortable enough. Looks just like the pictures.
