About this apartment rental
Perfectly appointed for a relaxing getaway, this cozy villa offers direct beach access and is located right on Hilton Head's prime stretch of sand. Featuring a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and bunks for the kids (located in the bedroom), all cooled with central air. The kitchen is fully stocked and has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Enjoy 2 beach bikes and beach chairs included with your stay! Walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the new Celebration Park — everything you need for a perfect beach vacation is right at your doorstep!
Best suited for a couple with 2-3 kids max.
Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Kendall was perfect to deal with in every way, the condo was well stocked with everything you need, very clean, he even text us early on our arrival day telling us the condo was ready early, which was a great help, will for sure use him again.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo! It was clean, super nice, comfy bed, and a nice beach view. The owner was very nice and friendly.

The bunk beds are NOT twin-sized. They are about half the width of a standard twin-sized mattress. There is also no ladder to reach the top bunk. A stepladder is provided, but my 5' 3" 13-year-old could barely reach - we had to give her a boost, and it was very difficult and unsafe to get down. The listing says they are "twin beds" but also says they are for "small children." It is not clear on the listing that these are not standard sized. My kids were more comfortable on the couch than the bunk beds - they were generally uncomfortable at night during our vacation, which was a big disappointment. The host did not seem to think the listing was misleading. Otherwise, the unit was good. It was clean for a beach rental with a slight view of the ocean. The location was amazing - front row of buildings by the beach with a direct access path. We would book again if there were appropriate sleeping options for a family.
