Congratulations! You have come across a Wonderful Condo! This condo has been completely remodeled. Just completely repainted in 2026! Is in an ocean front complex and has ocean views! Comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes w/basket & 2 locks. The condo also offers beach items chair a beach cart, beach radio and cooler1 ! This also Has 2 air conditioners, the unit is VERY NICE and CLEAN!! Has a wonderful kitchen with everything you need! The bedroom has extra closets and storage. The bathroom has been completely re-done and high end! Has new couch & new recliner in 2026! The condo is near the popular Coligny Shopping Center and restaurants! Just bring yourself and some food and everything else is taken care of!! No other condo has so much to offer! This condo has it all. The complex offers a pool, BBQ area, it's own sun lounge deck, swing, outdoor showers, gated and safe, elevator and luggage carts! We offer a minimum of 2 nights stay! Comfortable quaint place for 2. Location was great and bikes were a plus. Well decorated, had everything we needed. I would stay there again.

Communication with the property manager was good, and I felt like I could easily reach out if needed. The location is ideal and very close to the beach, and everything was set up smoothly with clear instructions and access codes. Parking was easy, and the luggage carts in the building were a big help. The unit itself was clean and made good use of a smaller space.That said, the sofa bed was broken during our stay, which was an issue. We had expected the extra sleeping option, and instead my mother (a last minute addition to our trip), my six-year-old, and I (36, F) had to share a queen bed, which significantly impacted our comfort. The property manager let us know prior to check-in. I know things can happen in short term rentals, the broken sofa certainly isn’t their fault or the owners - but when I asked if there was any solution for our stay, I received a dismissive response. While I didn’t push for an alternative, it did affect our experience.Overall, it was a nice stay, and the unit and location were very enjoyable.
