Prime location in a quiet, gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach. Walk to the many nearby restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza. This beautifully renovated condo features a comfy king bed and smart TV in the bedroom, a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen including both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker Beach chairs and bikes are included!
Enjoy easy onsite beach access and fantastic amenities, including a sundeck, pool, and grilling area. The condo also offers covered parking and an ocean-view balcony, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.
Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.
We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

We planned this trip so that we would have 5 completely stress-free days doing nothing but sitting on the beach, prior to traveling to GA for a family graduation, and this condo helped deliver! The location was fantastic, the condo was perfect, everything went smoothly, and even the weather cooperated beautifully! An easy 5 minute walk to the beach, everything we needed nearby (groceries, shopping, restaurants), and a clean and comfortable condo made everything go just as planned. We ventured over to the bay a few nights for dinner, and my recommendation there is Skull Creek DOCKSIDE (the one in the middle - all owned by the same company - the others are Skull Creek Boathouse and Hudson's). We revisited Fiesta Fresh from our trip in 2017 - a very inexpensive but delicious family owned Mexican restaurant that is literally STEPS from Hilton Head Ice Cream, and there you MUST get Banana Pudding Ice Cream (it even has 'Nilla wafers in it). We would definitely recommend this condo and if we ever get back to HHI we will book it!
