There is a 50" 4K flat screen TV in the living room and another flat screen TV in the bedroom -- both with cable television. Included is also an airbed with pump and another rollaway bed. The condo comes with free Wi-Fi and free long distance within the USA. There is a remodeled balcony with a terrific ocean view. On-site amenities include a pool and sun deck as well. Recent renovations include updated floors, kitchen, sofa couch, and a new queen-sized in the bedroom.

The villa is exactly as advertised. Very clean!! We got to meet the host and she is a gem! First vacation with our 13 month old - perfect size for our fam of 3 and location made logistics easy. Parked our vehicle just steps away from the villa, very short walk to the beach, and an easy stroll down to Coligny park/plaza.
