A perfect place to relax with family and friends! This is our "music home". You'll feel right at home in this updated 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths property with plenty of room with a 3-car garage and basement. Park-like back yard and pet friendly. We love pets and consider them as family members, but please make sure to include pet under pets and not as kids when booking. This home is about 5 minutes drive to Littleton Mineral light rail station. Close to Denver Tech Center. Easy access to downtown Denver, sport stadiums by light rail . Close enough to visit most popular places like Rocky Mountain National park and ski resorts and back in the same day. About 1.5 hours drive to Vail and Breckenridge. Close to Aspen Grove, light rail station, Red Rocks Amphitheater and restaurants. No hidden fees. Easy self check in and check out.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group of 3 adults — plenty of room to spread out and relax. The primary bedroom was a standout with great closet and drawer space, ideal for an extended stay. We loved the fluffy towels, thoughtful touches, and the peaceful front patio for morning coffee. Located in a great area of Littleton, close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We loved this property and can’t wait to come back. The floor plan is spread out and has a few options for living spaces so the 6 of us were not feeling crowded at all. It had everything we needed. The Columbine Trail is nearby and was a nice little walk. It’s one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. Very clean.

Great location, big house and big yard. They have an area to keep dogs in and a larger area for them to run around. The house was clean and had anything you would need with grocery stores close by. The only issue was with the WiFi, while using the house WiFi I ran into https issues, if you don’t need WiFi for work this house is perfect. If you do need WiFi for work I was able to connect to an Xfinity hotspot.

Very nice home. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Easy access to stores, gas, restaurants. We stayed for our daughter's wedding that was held at Red Rocks Trading Post. It was a very easy drive to the Red Rocks and Golden where we spent some time. Hannah, the host was very prompt with response and information regarding our stay. Fenced in area of the yard was perfect for our dog that came along with us. Rooms were all spacious and bedding was clean. Being able to park in the garage was a added bonus, as while we were visiting the temps got into the 100's. Would stay again and recommend to others!

The house is nothing fancy, but it is clean and well stocked with the necessary supplies like towels, kitchen stuff, kleenex, fans, etc (some VRBOs skimp on these things!). The host replied quickly. House is easy to find.

This is the second time staying in this home! Both times were perfect for what we needed. Great area for dogs with a nice big yard. We were able to have dinner with family that lives in the area at the home. We were able watch movies, play games and put together puzzles. The home is clean and Hannah is very responsive. Anytime I reached out to her.

This property was perfect for our needs. Location is great, in a nice neighborhood, close to the South Platte River for walking. Good location for access to Denver area. The house is spacious and very clean with everything you need and more. Kitchen was excellent. Three good sized bedrooms. Our dog loved the side yard. Grill and table for outside eating were very useful. Highly recommend.

The house had plenty of room. It was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, I will use this place again if it’s available next summer. The kids could play in the back and the front. It was sooo close to my parents’ house. We could walk if needed. Everything worked. I don’t think we used the tv but that seemed adequate. We loved it!

This place is a dog. And I’m not just talking about the pungent smell of pets that is impossible to ignore. You also get strong smells of smoke in lower level and mold in garage/master bedroom. If dead bugs in both the microwave and half bath are your thing, by all means, go for it! Do you like full cans of garbage inside and out? Expired food in refrigerator and cabinets? This is your place! Dirty baths with hair in bath drain, used bars of soap and multiple bottles of empty soft soap… Again, this place has it! I don’t understand how so many “verified reviews” complimented cleanliness? Equally disappointing is the attitude of manager. Hannah claimed it was just a bad day and she’d do better going forward. Little comfort. It was gross. When you choose VRBO, you can’t just move down the hall to another room. You’re stuck! My reasonable request to both Hannah and Vrbo for a refund of cleaning charges (since it hadn’t been cleaned between guests and we had to clean) was denied. C’mon, throw me a bone!

We needed a place to stay for a couple of days while we were having work done to our house. The house was right down the street and we were able to bring our dogs. The beds were comfortable and it was roomy enough for our kids and 2 dogs.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was exactly what we needed. The air conditioner and heat worked well. Most things that we needed were provided in the kitchen. The garage door into the house was a bit odd and the location of the poles in the garage made it a bit challenging at times but overall everything was great. We contacted the owner a few times and the response time was the best we have had for a vacation rental. Yard was great for our dog. Everything was as described in the listing. Will definitely stay here if needing the location again.

We stayed here for 2 nights to go to a concert at Red Rocks. The home was beautiful and exactly what we needed. Nice fenced in area for my little dog to explore. Check in/out was easy and the host had great communication. Will definitely save this property for future trips
