A perfect place to relax with family and friends! This is our "music home". You'll feel right at home in this updated 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths property with plenty of room with a 3-car garage and basement. Park-like back yard and pet friendly. We love pets and consider them as family members, but please make sure to include pet under pets and not as kids when booking. This home is about 5 minutes drive to Littleton Mineral light rail station. Close to Denver Tech Center. Easy access to downtown Denver, sport stadiums by light rail . Close enough to visit most popular places like Rocky Mountain National park and ski resorts and back in the same day. About 1.5 hours drive to Vail and Breckenridge. Close to Aspen Grove, light rail station, Red Rocks Amphitheater and restaurants. No hidden fees. Easy self check in and check out.

What a great house and location. We came to CO to go to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert and the house was perfect. About 20 minutes to the venue. Very quiet and a great outside area to relaxing and talk after our day.

This place is a dog. And I’m not just talking about the pungent smell of pets that is impossible to ignore. You also get strong smells of smoke in lower level and mold in garage/master bedroom. If dead bugs in both the microwave and half bath are your thing, by all means, go for it! Do you like full cans of garbage inside and out? Expired food in refrigerator and cabinets? This is your place! Dirty baths with hair in bath drain, used bars of soap and multiple bottles of empty soft soap… Again, this place has it! I don’t understand how so many “verified reviews” complimented cleanliness? Equally disappointing is the attitude of manager. Hannah claimed it was just a bad day and she’d do better going forward. Little comfort. It was gross. When you choose VRBO, you can’t just move down the hall to another room. You’re stuck! My reasonable request to both Hannah and Vrbo for a refund of cleaning charges (since it hadn’t been cleaned between guests and we had to clean) was denied. C’mon, throw me a bone!
