Kathy was very responsive to any questions we had and very pleasant to work with. We had the opportunity to meet her when she had to come over to replace a battery in the smoke detector. Her place was beautiful and she had thought of a lot of special things, like doggie poop bags and creamer for the coffee. We truly had an enjoyable stay and so did our dogs.

We had 5 adults and 1 child in our group. The host was very responsive and gave us some tips for things to do in the area. It was located very close to downtown Littleton. There were nice little "extras" like bottled water in the fridge and a fully stocked coffee bar. The house fit our needs perfectly with one exception....there is not a full-size ironing board. I had checked online to make sure there was an iron because we were attending a wedding and didn't even think about checking the size of the board. We made due and overall were very happy with the accommodations.

The house was fine but really lacked any storage for clothes, there are rods in the rooms to hang clothes but no place to put folded clothes or space to set luggage. The rooms were full of comfy beds, just not for clothing.
The 4:00 check in was late along with an early 10 am check-out, felt like were missed an entire day.
