Cozy 3BR Littleton Home: 2Kings + Queen Beds /Pet Friendly/Walkable!

Great stay!

This was a cute little place for 4 adults. We enjoyed being close to downtown and our family here. The host Kathy was accommodating for our family to bring their pup for a visit, and the home was nicely stocked with coffee and some water in the fridge. Bathrooms had a few extras too, like cotton balls and q-tips. Be aware there are no closets in the bedrooms, but they do provide a few ways to hang items and luggage racks.Not the owners fault, but I assumed there was laundry and a grill available, which there is not. Sadly the yard was pretty dry and landscaping is pretty much nil due to the drought I’m sure. But there was a patio to sit outside. We would stay again as we loved the location and our host was great.

This was an ideal location for our stay--close to the mountains, close to light rail for travel into downtown. The home was clean, comfy, and had a well-equipped (but small!) kitchen including a stocked coffee bar!

The outside of the home was not maintained very well, but the inside was. However, we did come across a black spider in the main shower, which was fine, but then when we had the spiders crawling across the pillows in one of the bedrooms that made us really uncomfortable. I did bring it to the owner’s attention and she just apologized and said she’d call someone to come out and spray. For what we paid, we shouldn’t have had to deal with spiders, especially in the bed.
