4 bedroom completely updated midcentury modern home in the heart of Littleton. Bike to downtown Littleton where there are restaurants, quaint boutiques, tea rooms, breweries, yoga studios, hair salons, a recreation center and best of all a chocolate store! It is 20 minutes to downtown Denver. Bike or walk on the Platte River trail all the way to Downtown Denver if you are adventurous! 9 houses away is The High Line Canal trail (a 60 mile shaded irrigation path for hikers, joggers, bikers and equestrians). That'll get your steps in! The backyard is professionally landscaped with a fire pit, adirondack chairs, large gas grill and a lovely pear tree (if it's pear season!) The home is light and bright with tongue and groove ceiling and wood floors. We have a barista style coffee machine for espressos etc. along with a regular coffee maker. It has a living room with a wood burning fireplace and a separate family room with a large screen tv and cable. The home has a king size master bedroom, 2 queen size bedrooms and a bunk room. There are complimentary bikes available. You are also only 8 minutes away from Aspen Grove shopping center "Colorado's Premier open-air retail village" with 48 stores and restaurants including Apple, Panera, Ted's Montana Grill and The Alamo movie theater and the Platte River trail. This trail runs along the beautiful Platte River and will take you all the way to downtown Denver should you choose. Along the trail or by car you are only 8 minutes away from Breckenridge Brewery. Have dinner at their Farmhouse Restaurant or tour their brewery. We also are minutes away from Littleton Hospital for those needing treatment there.

Our Midcentury stay was great. Our hosts were welcoming and very accommodating to us. The home itself was well stocked with anything one might need when traveling. We were visiting during the snow storm the weekend of January 23rd and to our surprise there was a man there in the morning clearing the front porch and sidewalks. Much appreciated.

Our second stay at this lovely house! The house is clean, has very comfortable beds and in a quiet neighborhood. We hope to stay again

Home was clean and well decorated-comfy furniture.Layout is split level with the kitchen, living, dining on main floor. The upper level-master bdr,1 bath and 2 bdrms-the pink one and bunks. This bathroom is fine but needs brighter lighting and a new shower head. The lower level has the 2nd living, a restroom (shower-which is a little small) combined with laundry rm., and the other queen bdr. That room has a fan and stays cool. The bed is comfortable but does sink in slightly in the middle-still great for our son.Toiletry items provided were shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. There was parchment paper but lacking seran wrap and foil. Our kids liked having a fooseball table but half of the men aren't working and there's no pucks for air hockey so the playing was short lived. We did enjoy bocce ball. The bedrooms all have closets and some hangers provided which is great. The main issue that caused me to not give 5 stars is because of the the AC.It would do a hold to a set temperature and no amount of troubleshooting allowed us to fix it.We like it about 70 degrees especially at night so we were hot-all except our son downstairs. We did utilize the box fan provided to help some and left the kids doors opened. The master bed was too plush for us.Tried taking the topper off but then it was too firm for my husband. It was nice to be near trails for evening walks.I'd recommend the house if you need to be in Lttleton and if you actually prefer a warmer house.
