The inside of the house is nice, and the kitchen is great with its new appliances and updated cabinets/countertops. Interior was clean, and there were lots of accessories for our stay. Loved that there were 4 bedrooms - I believe all with king beds. We knew the area well since our son lived in Littleton for several years. I also loved that when we had issues with the WiFi, our responses were very quick and friendly.
We would not have chosen the property if we had known it was ON South Broadway. We have stayed at a condo a few blocks off of Broadway a couple of times while visiting, and the few blocks makes a difference. Not sure what the solution is since addresses are not given until after the property is booked, but it’s an extremely busy area - too busy for our taste. We chose the property because it was pet friendly, and specifically because of the fenced in yard, but the yard was not good. We would have been okay with it even though it was dry and weedy, but the trash/cigarette butts/glass in the yard made it so we had to babysit the dog closely when she went outside. There was glass on the sidewalk leading to the front door and also on the grass. We kind of scooped it into a pile in order to avoid it as we came and went. More glass was also in the front yard. Fenced in backyard was not better. Although one side has a chain link fence around the whole area, the other half has quite a few holes in the fence. Again, since its advertised with a fenced in yard, and both sides had cigarette butts, etc, it didn't live up to expectations. We all found the outdoor space unacceptable per its lack of cleanliness. When we are being charged $179 for cleaning - which is more than the one night rental itself - its objectionable.
