Fun, art filled home perfect for friends & family. 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, 2054 square feet.
Enjoy entire home with 2 Roku tv's, slab granite and stainless steel appliances in kitchen, baths with granite & vessel sinks. Basement has den w/2nd Roku tv Netflix included, game room w/pool table, foosball, dart board, cards and lots of board games.
Private backyard with deck, dining, gas grill, fire pit, corn hole game, hammock, charcoal grill, picnic table and ZenDen.
-10 min walk to quaint Downtown Littleton for shopping,
dining & live music. 20 min to Downtown Denver & RedRocks.
-An hour to skiing. Easy access to all Colorado has to offer.
-Entire one level ranch home with full finished basement. 3 bedrooms on main level, one queen bedroom in basement.

-The Butterfly Pavilion is an amazing experience on your way to Boulder for a day on Pearl Street Mall.
-Easy drive to mountains for skiing, hiking. No need to drive, take the light rail to Union Station and catch the Winter Park Express Ski Train for $29.
-Estes Park is about an hour and a half away. Great mountain town and the Stanley Hotel featured in the movie The Shining plus around 5 pm each evening you can stop at the edge of town where a large herd of elk come down to enjoy the golf course. Don't miss Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park with elk, bears, bighorn sheep and exciting Trail Ridge Road.
-Explore ghost towns, gold panning, white water rafting or Central City/ Blackhawk for gambling casinos.
