The hot tub was great though the step to get in was terribly high. We did wish there was some grassy area. The kitchen was missing some necessary items like a ladle, a pasta server, salt and pepper shakers and there were not enough wine glasses for 6 people. Nice pots and pans. Large TV in the great room but no instructions as to how to operate it. Lots of toys and books for kids. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the host is very responsive.

David was extremely helpful with check in, as I was driving from Arizona. My grown sons came for dinner twice, the chefs kitchen was equipped and very comfortable, quite large with a large gathering dinner table that was perfect for us! Dog friendly ! The master bedroom bed was a dream, this property exceeded my expectations!!!!10/10!

We are local family but needed a landing space while our was being finished. It was super short notice and we were able to get into this little gem. Pros: awesome neighborhood for kids. Lots of kids! And a little school down the street that you can play on the playground and run in the field. -Hot tub was awesome and private.-back yard neighbors are super friendly and easy. -horseshoe front driveway -lots of kids toys in the house-open layout make for easy hanging out-appliances were awesome! Fridge we still talk about. And the dryer was . Cons: -there is only a Kerrig (they do provide k-cups so not all bad). -there is a lot of “other people’s stuff”: like it feels like you are borrowing someone else home. Not all bad because my kids loved the toys and looking at all the books but just from a stay perspective it’s a little strange opening a drawer and seeing someone contact case and hair brushes. -no grass. Or yard upkeep at all really. We’re outside most of the time but here we were mostly inside (if not at the park or in the Hot tub ) bc the yard was just prickly. Just FYI: -only two rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs: so if you have multiple kids just be mindful that “no one wants to sleep in the basement alone. But it is much cooler there so that’s a plus. Again, this house is located centrally in south Denver and literally a stones throw from shopping like whole food and amazing coffee like Atlas or Hucks. It’s perfect for quiet and convenient.
