In the heart of paradise, Unit D5 at Ma’alaea Surf Resort awaits with its newly refurbished charm. Nestled just 5 steps away from the soft embrace of the white sandy beach, this ground floor haven of comfort and a touch of Hawaiian country style living, D5 envelops us with its bright kitchen and a symphony of modern appliances. Enjoy the large master suite with king size bed and wind down with TV entertainment. The new comfortable living room sofa can be extended to a queen size sofa bed, promising equally cozy nights, when needed.
The private patio (lanai), where the world seems to pause, offers a front-row seat to the breathtaking spectacle of Maui’s sunsets. With beaches made for swimming, snorkeling, and leisurely walks, this paradise home is meant for a maximum of two occupants. All units at Ma'alaea Surf Resort are non-smoking. Washer/dryers available onsite.
Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

Having stayed here for decades, it's obvious that I find the area and Ma'alaea Surf the best on Maui. The units are well maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and management is always willing to help. It is definitely worth staying, you will not be disappointed!

Clean condo. Everything is very well thought out. Cool surfboard lighting motif in kitchen. Great bathroom lighting. Furniture comfortable and clean. Property manager very attentive and was quick to answer our questions. Cable & wifi no problems. Nice pools!!
