This 2-bedroom 2 bath second floor condo sleeps 4 on comfortable Cal King beds and is on a property built in the unique Hawaiian tradition. Maalaea Surf hosts 1 tennis courts, a pickleball court, 2 pools, steps to the beach, and a barbecue that is available for whatever island cooking you would like to do. There are cable TVs in the bedrooms and living room and Wi-Fi. Make yourself at home. As it is said on the island, Maui Na Ka Oi, (Maui the best.)
Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

Couldn’t have been better. Rental exactly as described and feet from the beach. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Property well maintained and quiet. Tennis and pickle ball courts in great shape. Location super convenient to entire island. Property manager extremely helpful and responsive. Would absolutely recommend and return.

The location was perfect, and the condo's amenities and cleanliness were top-notch. Communication with the managers was easy and efficient. In short, we'll definitely be coming back to this location.
