Ma'alaea Surf, Unit E1 is a deluxe in every sense. E1 is a conveniently located ground floor unit, just steps away from the large pool and ocean. This unit is splendidly furnished and features AC, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers in guest laundry rooms on property.
Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your large private patio (lanai). The beautiful beach fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogs. The maximum occupancy in this unit is 6. All units at Ma'alaea Surf are non-smoking, anywhere in the unit or on property.
Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

Perfect in every way. This place is pristine and reminds me of old Hawaii. Our condo was updated and super clean and had everything we needed with an amazing view. The grounds are meticulous and the staff sets the bar high for other condo locations. Such great people and super responsive to any needs. The complex is quiet, not crowded and you can always find a chair at the pool and spot on the beach to swim in the ocean. Right in the heart of everything local and not super touristy so I almost hate to tell people about it. Central to all the things you want to do on Maui. I will definitely be staying here again. best kept secret on Maui.

Our stay was very seamless, easy, stress free, and amazing! The condo has great views of the ocean with walking steps to a beautiful beach. The complex is quite and very well taken care of. The condo has more than enough space for 4 people and the beds were comfortable. The rental manager, Malea, is on top of her game and provided us with everything we needed and gave great advice on local things to do. She was very responsive to all questions/concerns.
