Ma'alaea Surf, Unit C1 is deluxe in every sense. C1 is a conveniently located ground floor unit, just steps from the small pool. This unit is splendidly furnished. It features, central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, fully furnished kitchen, convenient parking, tennis and pickleball, with washers and dryers on property.
Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your large private patio (lanai) with enough seating for 6. The beautiful beaches fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling and kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogging. The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 6. All units at Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.
Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

Excellent location! Less than 20 mins from airport. Close to pool and ocean. Everything needed in the kitchen. Good toilet paper - I hate when places go cheap on the toilet paper, haha. Mostly clean. We would absolutely stay here again.
