Ma’alaea Surf, Unit E3 is a conveniently located, beautifully appointed, expansive ground floor apartment near the large pool with fabulous ocean and sunset views. This unit features AC, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen, 2 pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers located in guest laundry rooms on property.
Step out from the patio to the beautiful sandy beach, a four-mile-long golden crescent ideal for walking. It has been remodeled from top to bottom and features a fully equipped designer kitchen and a new Cal king sized bed. Also redone is the bath with a walk-in shower, stand-alone soaking tub, with all new tile and vanity. The unit includes a quiet ductless climate comfort system, high-speed internet/wireless, 2 HDTVs with digital cable. All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. The maximum occupancy of this unit is 4. All apartments at the Ma’alaea Surf are non-smoking.
Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

Words and pictures do not do this place justice. My husband and I stayed at this location for our anniversary getaway. Everything from the Location to having our own private beach, the decorative furniture and cleanlinesss of the house. Everything you can imagine needing was available. We plan on going back. It was truly paradise. I can’t say enough about our stay. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable and wonderful . 😊🌺🌸
