Welcome to Z's Forgotten Coast, located in beautiful Mexico Beach, Florida! If you're looking for the perfect vacation rental with all the amenities, look no further than this two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a stunning ocean view located in the low-density complex, SummerHouse. This unit even has it's own dedicated parking spot, right next to the elevator. This is a NON-SMOKING, pet-free property (inside & outside).
Beach service (2 chairs + umbrella) is included from April-September ($60/day value). We also include additional beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler & beach bag available in the condo for use during your stay.
This luxurious condo offers the perfect balance of comfort and sophistication. The decor is stylish and modern, yet still has a cozy and inviting feel. The living room boasts plenty of seating for your group to gather and enjoy the ocean view. The two bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of privacy for your group. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and access to the second bathroom. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh towels for your stay.

Perfect location with gorgeous ocean views! Just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The condo is stylish, comfortable, and a rare find with 2 king beds. Amy was super responsive and accommodating. We loved the area and would definitely stay again!

The Summer House Condo met all expectations. Beautifully decorated and vey welcoming. Amy was a great Host both in communication as well as ensuring the condo was full of special touches for our stay! This Condo was by far a the best experience of my VRBO stays in 2025! Beach view was awesome too!

The condo was gorgeous and very clean! It was equipped with some essentials which was nice. The view was perfect from the balcony to enjoy the ocean view! The very short walk across the street was easy to get to the beach! The beach was not crowded and the added benefit of the chairs and umbrella set up everyday was super helpful so we didn’t have drag too much with us. The pool was clean and well maintainedz. It was nice to have that amenity too! The elevator was very helpful to get up and down to the condo. Overall it was a beautiful relaxing stay at the condo!
