Completely remodeled luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front condo. Welcome to The Due Unit 3B in Mexico Beach, Florida. Enjoy panoramic Gulf of Mexico views right from the balcony. There is a private door from the master to the balcony. Master features king sized bed, oversized bathroom with walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. Third bedroom is perfect for the little ones with a twin over full bunk bed and closet. Every room has its own flat screen TV. WiFi included. Gated access to the rooftop pool and hot tub where you can relax, swim, or grill out. Our condo has private beach access, covered parking spot, and less than an hour away from Panama City Beach and all of their attractions. If PCB is too loud for you, you'll love your stay in Mexico Beach where it's quiet, laid back, not crowded, and everyone is friendly.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view. So nice to have covered parking and an elevator. The condo was well maintained and clean. The beds were excellent with good bedding. Can’t think of a single negative comment. Will most definitely rent again.

Wonderful stay! The condo is perfect for those wanting to stay beach front. Enjoyed having a pool and hot tub too. Michael was quick to respond to all my questions. Wish the condo floors were cleaned a little better. Otherwise, highly recommend and we will def stay again!
