Second Floor: Features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for entertaining, along with a convenient half bath. Enjoy both beachside and roadside decks, perfect for catching ocean breezes or morning sun.
Third Floor: Includes a generous master suite with a large bathroom featuring both a soaking tub and a separate shower. A second bedroom on this level has its own private en-suite bath, offering privacy for guests or family members.
Top Floor: A massive bedroom currently outfitted with four beds—ideal for kids, extended family, or guests—complete with stunning views of the surrounding area.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
