About this apartment rental
Condo living at its finest at Summerhouse in Mexico Beach. This 2 BR/2BA condo, unit 203, is located on the 2nd floor just a couple of doors down from the community pool, hot tub and sauna. Access to this floor is easy using the elevator. This particular unit is situated in the perfect spot to maximize the gorgeous, unobstructed gulf views directly across the street. You can enjoy such views from the spacious, furnished balcony stretching across the front of the building.
A little housekeeping business for the property: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways. Also, pets are not welcome on site.

Beautiful condo with comfortable rooms and cross 2 minutes to beach!

Beach view, but access was hard to cross (Hwy 98) with constant traffic. Nice parking garage with elevator that always worked. Nice large deck, small kitchen, large master with large master bath. No handrails or bath mats in ceramic tile shower.
NOTE: Lock to door was iffy. Sometimes the code worked and sometimes any push of the buttons worked.
