During this time, there could be excess noise, construction activity, and people during business hours. Per the Board of Directors at Summerhouse Condominium, the pool access is not guaranteed during this period. The Association is unable to accommodate individual requests or make special arrangements regarding pool availability while construction is ongoing. A little housekeeping business for the property: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed.
