Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
All credit card payments will incur a non-refundable 3.5% convenience fee. E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (provided they are submitted at least 30 days prior to check-in).

We truly had a great time staying here for spring break! It’s very spacious and just a perfect location for us. The property manager/owner was extremely easy to contact and responded ASAP. There are just a few items of concern for us: the floor in the unit was definitely not clean to our expectations (which is fairly low since we have several kids.) a few more bath towels would’ve been nice since there were 6 of us the pots/pans could use to be replaced the TV in bedroom never worked. We did reach out and someone was sent to look at it but it wasn’t going to be fixed until the week after we left. Again, we did love this place and the kids had a blast!
