Rooms were very nice and spacious. The kitchen was my favorite part because there was a lot of counter space.It is not a far walk from the beach, and a short distance to the shops in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Mexico Beach. The property was very clean and exactly as described, with easy access to the beach that made everything so convenient. The owners were great with communication and provided helpful local recommendations that we really appreciated. We especially enjoyed the porch area—it was the perfect place to relax. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a beach cart for carrying chairs, a cooler, and other items, which made our beach time even easier. Overall, a very relaxing and seamless stay. We would definitely return.

Overall, the property was a great place to stay. My wife and I recommend the house if you want ample space and a comfy living room and bedroom situation.It being right across from the beach access was awesome too. The only thing was not knowing the roof was being worked on as a result of tornado damage, and finding nails and screws in the driveway, luckily for our tires, we missed them.The house next door was being worked on, and a new house behind us was being built.

The place was very nice and clean, as advertised!
Just a short walk to the beach.
The only criticism I have is the coach in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. And the Master bed was really uncomfortable.
However, it would not deter us from staying there again. We had a great weekend!!
